We were asked to design album covers for a genre of our choosing, with the objective of matching the album theme and tone and properly using Gestalt’s principle (see Zine Cuisine for more Gestalt!)
With the objectives in mind, I chose an alternative route, and Sick Since Sunset was given a life!

Sick Since Sunset can be described as a dynamic album that blends the raw emotion and angst of early 2000s emo and alternative music, with some of the best hits from the top bands at that time. Featuring bands such as Pierce the Veil, Fall Out Boy, and Paramore, this playlist takes listeners on a journey through the highs and lows of adolescence, with each track delivering a punch of cathartic energy and introspective lyricism. Sick Since Sunset truly captures the essence of a generation defined by its loud, amped-up headbangers.
